The products offered are car accessories. The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractual. V8M Auto reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). V8M Auto reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Article 4 – Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you. V8M Auto reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock problems or fraudulent payment.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, via Shopify Payments (secure SSL system). The debit is made at the time of order validation.
Article 6 – Delivery

V8M Auto cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Article 10 – Applicable Law
These TCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
